A review of federal funding for fundamental science is currently underway to examine what is working well and where there are gaps in Canada’s research funding infrastructure. The independent panel of distinguished research leaders and innovators has been soliciting input from relevant stakeholders and its reports and recommendations are expected to be made public by the end of 2016.
U of T’s Ecosystem map displays the relationships between the funding support for research and the university’s research, innovation, and teaching activities connecting it to our engagement in the community.
